A large international water company turned to us to create and implement a customer focused change management strategy that would result in higher employee productivity, increase customer loyalty and higher levels of customer retention and lower employee turn over. We created a team and a process that accomplished our objectives and also led to the creation of the corporation’s first corporate university to further the education, management and training of its worldwide staff. At the conclusion of our engagement, the CEO said” They are one of the few people in this field who truly understand that the environment you create for your employees largely dictates the quality of service your customers will receive.”

A high technology company that was publicly traded turned to us to help implement and navigate a significant change in the market place. We brought highly connected new board members, worked with human resources to realigned and helped implement new and guided the CEO and senior executive team through a major organizational transition that resulted in a 15 fold increase in value of company in less than 3 years.

We created a 360-feedback tool and implemented it among leaders and large organizations such as the Disney Company. For a major international retailer we drafted an engagement feedback process that resulted in higher levels of customer and employee engagement in less than 12 months.

A venture-backed company in pre IPO stage turned to us to build out content for its information platform. We assembled a team of thought leaders and created and delivered information in the form of web casts and a co-branded on-line magazine in less than 60 days. The content on the platform created a dialogue and visibility that engaged leaders and reached nearly one million executives before the IPO.

A 150-year-old non-profit organization turned to us to reinvent itself for a fast changing world. We convened a highly experienced team of professionals that created a new brand, recruited new Board members and relaunched an operational component that resulted in Fortune 200 companies hiring the non-profit’s disabled population for paying jobs in the private sector.

We have coached high performing CEO’s senior executives and government leaders on human resource issues, strategy and customer retention and loyalty initiatives. In one engagement we created a nationwide platform for a high-ranking government official that resulted in worldwide press coverage and successful legislation in a matter of public health—the use of steroids and other performance enhancing drugs by high school athletes. Through our efforts a nationwide dialogue on steroids in our schools reinforced efforts that resulted in legislation.

In conjunction with a major business magazine we co-created a cutting edge conference on customer intimacy and leadership issues, complete with a CEO panel. The conference was held in two major cities. One participating CEO called the dialogue “Profound and powerful in the convincing argument for the ways in which we need to build our organizations to better serve our customers, our employees, and our communities.”

We have designed and created or have participated as faculty members for executive education programs that convey information, tactics, strategy and thought provoking dialogue for ways to build and create more inspired teams.
